I don't have a car. On week days, I bike to my classes and walk a lot on campus. I am in general just very active, but I am not into sports at the moment. I keep a safe distance to other people, until corona is over. I must admit I don't really see anyone in person at the moment. It's mainly online discussions with my study group. When I am lonely, I like to bike out to the beach and watch dogs playing and people talking. Hopefully covid will be over some day soon
I do a lot of gym, horseback riding and gymnastics. I exercise every day and keep my body in good shape because I like to look as attractive as possible. Now that the gyms are closed I workout at home in front of the mirror
As you can see i'm really small. BUT, I eat good but healthy.
I also use the gym in my condos to ride the bike as well as run and walk the treadmill.
I partake in syoga, yes that's stoned yoga as a way to relax and keep my flexibility.
I workout 5x a week at the gym. Weights, cardio, all of the above. I enjoy working out, it makes me feel good. I also love being in shape, makes me confident!!!!! I also love to swim and cycle, I am a very active person....as I am sure you can tell.
I'm a huge foodie. I workout so I can eat! Diet is very much important to me. Cardio is my worst enemy. I like to stay in shape in other ways besides just running like hiking, playing tennis, or some boxing.
at the end of a work day nobody really wants to spend the little down time they have going to the gym, well at least I dont. but im always trying to keep active with my daily activities, taking the extra long walk to get to my salon in the mornings and afternoons, making sure to get outside on my lunch breaks and in between clients. I am always taking the stairs because a little natural booty lift cant hurt me! i really try to eat as healthy as my day can allow me to, meaning sometimes i really feel like having that oatmeal chocolate chip cookie from the coffee shop down the street. but also I make a mean ceaser salad and spinach filled chicken.
I like to work out about twice a week. Its not something I take too seriously, just like to have fun and keep my body in shape. I pretty much undo it after with all the amazing food I love to eat and cook for myself!
I typically walk 3 to 4 miles in a day. At least 4-5 days out of the week. Then I fit in some pilates. I'm trying to condition my body to take on more intense hikes because we all know some of the most beautiful views include intense difficulty levels. I also love to play some soccer here and there. :)
Running and eating well. I got through periods of lots of working out and some periods of slacking off. However, running and listening to books on tape and podcasts seems to be my favorite form of staying in shape.
I don't drink often. 420 friendly but prefer edibles over smoking. I eat as clean as possible. Dairy-free (other than pizza haha) and basically vegetarian other than chicken and fish. I love physical activity and have been an athlete my entire life. Working out, volleyball, kickboxing, boxing, long walks, and short but refreshing runs are what keep me sane!

Other than just pure genetic Ido enjoy going to the gym, a new set of gym wear is always a must and always encourages me to explore the outdoors. I'm also a big foodie I lovvve a good seafood dinner, I also love Italian and Mexican food.
I bike a lot and also love hiking and yoga. I also enjoy roller skating and skateboarding is fun too. i try to only eat meat on special occasions but usually pescatarian. Also drinking alot of water, this helps with over eating cause then im too full with water haha.
I love to exercise and stay fit and it is especially important to do so right now when we're all stuck inside due to the pandemic. Typically, I work out 3 days a week at minimum and my favorite part is making a fun playlist to keep me motivated. I also enjoy long walks with my dogs, bike rides in the warmer months, and eating healthy meals.
I am a college cheerleader and I work out about 5-6 times a week. I do more weightlifting than cardio because I want to build my muscle up! I have recently learned that I have strong legs but I'm working on my arms lol.
